Beautifull Launches New Bowls
We are pleased to introduce several new bowls to what has become a guest favorite. Created by Chef Rob Boyd, Director of Research & Development for the culinary team, the new editions are inspired by Boyd’s passion for ethnic ingredients and follow Beautifull’s philosophy of offering whole, natural food that is both tasty and healthy.
The new Beautifull Asian Spice Bowls range in price from $8.99 - $12.99 and are served with fresh greens, tat soi, cucumbers, pickled vegetables, cilantro, basil, mint, peanuts, a sweet hot ginger vinaigrette, a choice of whole grain brown rice or quinoa, and one of the following: Grilled Salmon; Burmese Spiced Shrimp; Grilled Chicken; and Green Thai Vegetable. Also available are Boyd’s Indian-inspired Beautifull Curry Bowls include Thai Chicken Curry, Thai Beef Curry, Indian Vegetable Curry, Asian Noodle Bowl with Peanut Sauce and Asian Noodle Bowl with Tahini 5-Spice Sauce. The “Beautifull Bowls” are available for lunch and dinner seven days a week.
"We are excited to make additions and change Beautifull’s menu with the seasons,” says Boyd, former Executive Chef of Aqua in San Francisco and 2005 San Francisco Chronicle Rising Star Chef. “Our team is hard at work developing new dishes that incorporate healthy ingredients and unique flavor combinations, giving our guests endless options.”
