Absolutely. Our Food ConciergeSM Team is available at 866-624-0225 between 8:00 am – 6:00 pm PST Monday-Friday to answer any questions you might have. We are happy to take your order over the phone or walk you through our website. If you haver specific questions related to allergies, customized meal planning, or weight loss goals we can help. If you call on the weekend please leave a message and wewill return your call first thing Monday morning.

Are all Beautifull! foods organic?
As part of our commitment to making food that is healthy for both you and the planet, we source organic ingredients as often as possible. All of our dairy, beef and poultry is organic. Most of our fruits, vegetables and other ingredients are organic also; occasionally, we can’t get an organic item due to fluctuations in supply, but that’s the exception, not the rule.

I want to lose weight with a calorie-specific meal plan. Can you help?
Yes – we designed our meals to help you lose and manage your weight without sacrificing health or taste! We offer a complimentary service to help you create a 1600-calorie, 1400-calorie or 1200-calorie plan to suit your individual needs. To get started, call our Food ConciergeSM at 866-624-0225.
Do you offer vegetarian meals?
Yes. We have a number of vegetarian options, including a delicious Organic Vegetable and Bean Chili and an Organic Red Quinoa and Edamame Salad.
Do you have options for people with allergies, such as allergies to gluten, dairy or nuts?
Yes. We have a number of delicious options for people with allergies to nuts, gluten and dairy. Give our Food ConciergeSM a call at 866-624-0225, and we’ll make sure you get the detailed information you need.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes, we do. Our dieticians and chefs have carefully designed Beautifull! foods to accommodate a variety of health needs. To determine which meals are right for you, please call us at 866-624-0225 and ask to speak to our Food ConciergeSM. The call won’t cost you a thing – it’s part of our commitment to serving you.
I’m diabetic; can I eat your meals?
Yes, you can. We make our meals with ingredients that are appropriate for people with diabetes, as well as those with pre-diabetes or metabolic syndrome and yet it does not taste like “food for sick people”. We also suggest that you check the American Diabetic Association website for an up-to-date description of your dietary needs, and we always recommend consulting with your physician before you begin any new dietary program.
Do you offer a children’s menu?
We don’t offer a menu exclusively for children, though our customers report that items like our Organic Whole Grain Spaghetti with Diestel Turkey Meatballs and our Organic Diestel Turkey Burger are a big hit with the kids!
Can I customize my meals?
Absolutely – we know that everyone has different tastes in food, which is why we offer online A La Carte style ordering. For your convenience, we also offer customized Meal Programs via our Food ConciergeSM. To see all of your options, visit our Order Page or call us and we will describe the different offerings.
I ordered one food item, but got another. Why did this happen?
Because we use fresh ingredients and prepare our food just before we send it to you, there may be times when certain ingredients aren't available or don't meet our quality standards. In those instances, we may substitute a similar item of equal quality, flavor, and nutritional value.
How much will Beautifull! food cost me?
The cost of each food item varies from $2.95 -$19.95. The minimum amount for each order is $50, not including the delivery charge. To see a complete list of prices, see our online ordering page or call us.
Your food seems expensive. Why does it cost more than regular take-out?
We realize that Beautifull! food more than driving through a takeout window or ordering a sandwich – and there are a few good reasons why:

How should I store my Beautifull! food?
Please place your Beautifull! food into the refrigerator when it arrives. Our shipping and delivery containers were designed to preserve freshness for up to 8 hours.
How long will my Beautifull! food last?
For maximum taste, freshness and quality, you should eat your Beautifull! food within 3-4 days after delivery. You will find a Best By sticker on the bottom of each container.
Can I store Beautifull! food in the freezer?
We make Beautifull! food with fresh, premium ingredients, and we think it tastes best when it’s eaten fresh not frozen However, if something comes up and you can’t eat it right away, you can freeze it for up to 60 days; the vitamins and minerals will still be intact.

I want to give Beautifull! food as a gift. Can I do that?
Beautifull! food makes a great gift. To arrange your gift, call us at 866-624-0225. We’ll help you choose the perfect gift, and send an email Gift Certificate or mail a gift cert with your personalized message to the lucky recipient. In the near future, you’ll be able to order a gift certificate online.
What are your delivery dates and delivery cycles?
We deliver every Monday and Thursday. On Mondays, we deliver food from the Monday through Wednesday menus. On Thursdays, we deliver food from the Thursday through Sunday menus. To view these delivery dates and cycles, simply go to our Order Page and mouse over our online calendars; delivery dates and order cutoff dates will immediately appear. Questions? How far in advance do I need to place my order?
For Monday delivery, you’ll need to order by 12:00 noon the Thursday prior. For Thursday delivery, you’ll need to place your order by 12:00 noon the Monday prior.
Is there a delivery charge?
Yes. Each delivery costs $14.95. If you order for both Monday and Thursday deliveries, you will incur two $14.95 delivery charges.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Our minimum order is $50 per delivery. This delivery charge is not included as part of your minimum $50 order.
Is there a cancellation deadline?
Yes. The cancellation deadline is the same as the order deadline. If you placed an order scheduled for Monday delivery, the cancellation deadline is the previous Thursday by noon. If you have a scheduled order for Thursday delivery, the cancellation deadline is the previous Sunday by midnight.
I’m going on vacation. Can I put my meal program on hold?
Sure! To place your subscription meal program order on hold, simply email our Customer Satisfaction Team at customersatisfaction@beautifull.com or call us at at 866-624-0225. All vacation hold requests must be received by the cancellation deadline for the delivery period in which the hold will take effect.

What is the cost of delivery?
Each delivery costs $14.95. Customers who order for office deliveries often consolidate their orders to save on delivery charges.
When will my meals be delivered?
We deliver on Mondays and Thursdays, between 4:00 am and 12:00 noon. Our Monday delivery contains items from our Monday—Wednesday menus. Our Thursday delivery contains items from our Thursday—Sunday menus.
Is there a specific delivery time?
Your delivery will arrive between 4:00 am and 12:00 noon.
How will my meals be delivered?
Your meals will be delivered to your doorstep by a Beautifull! employee via one of our refrigerated vans.
When should I unpack my meals?
Please unpack and refrigerate your Beautifull! food as soon as possible for maximum freshness. If you can’t get to it immediately, don’t worry; our shipping and delivery containers were designed to preserve freshness for up to 8 hours.
Does someone have to be home to receive my delivery?
If your delivery is being made to a single-family home, we adhere to the standard carrier practice of leaving the package at the door if no one is home. This does not apply to apartments or businesses. Questions? Please call our Customer Satisfaction Team at 866-624-0225.
Do you deliver to apartment complexes or businesses?
Yes! However, we don’t leave packages at apartment complexes if no one is there to receive them, unless you have given us prior permission to do so. Please provide us with special delivery instructions at check out.
Can I pick up my meals?
Not at this time.

Are your containers “green”?
As part of our commitment to the environment our current packaging is recyclable and free of BPA, we’re currently working to improve our packaging. Soon we will offer fully compostable food packaging that is not only food safe, but also oven safe and microwavable. We're very excited about it, and hope to transition as soon as possible.
How should I dispose of used food and/or shipping containers?
Beautifull! shipping containers are fully recyclable we are happy to pick them and take care of the recycling of all of our containers – you can dispose of them in your blue recycle bins. The liners are also fully recyclable; in fact, the actual insulation is compostable, if you remove the silver liner. The gel packs are also fully recyclable; the gel itself is compostable, if you remove the outer liner. You can also recycle all the shipping materials if you wish. If you prefer, you can leave shipping materials at your front door before your next delivery and we will collect them.
